Harli Coffee

Harli Coffee is a coffeshop chain located in different junctions of the city of Tirana. This specific location is in “Rruga e Barrikadave”, which is a very high traffic area, remaning busy during the day and night time. Our proposal for the coffeshop takes the high influx of clients in consideration when calculating the capacity for the coffeshop by creating a balanced distribution of the staff and client services. The service bar is located at the end of the space, but is easily percieved before you enter the coffeeshop through its glass facade. The space is divided in three main areas which are the indoor area, a partial outdoor area which can easily turn into indoors by closing the sliding facade elements, and an outdoor area. A strong element of it’s architecture is the pentant ceiling comprised of 3D rectangular copper-coloured mesh, which is highlighted by the led lights beneath it, resulting in shadows of the mesh to relfect on the ceiling. The colour palate is a strong contrast of colours between the copper-coloured ceileing mesh, the deep blue used in walls and bar, and a warm yellow and wooden colour used in some of the furniture. We also incorporated trees and plants in the interior design of the space.

Ky lokacion specifik është në Rrugën e Barrikadave, e cila është një zonë me trafik shumë të lartë gjatë ditës dhe natës. Propozimi ynë për kafenë merr në konsideratë fluksin e lartë të klientëve gjatë llogaritjes së kapacitetit duke krijuar një shpërndarje të balancuar të hapsirave te stafit dhe shërbimeve ndaj klientit. Banaku ndodhet në fund të hapësirës, ​​por perceptohet lehtësisht përmes fasadës prej xhami ne hyrje. Hapësira është e ndarë në tre zona kryesore që janë zona e brendshme, një zonë pjeserisht e jashtme e cila mund të shndërrohet lehtësisht në ambient të brendshem duke mbyllur elementët rrëshqitëse te fasadës, dhe një zonë e jashtme. This interior is dedicated to the second shop of Haburger, hamburger brand based in Tirana. The plan layout is particular because of the narrow shape. This characteristic is rather seen as a strong point when combined with the geometry of the arches. The usage of the oak wood, combined with the red ceiling and visible ducts and lighting fixtures, gives a retro atmosphere to the place. Each arch stands like a stage, dedicated to seating and enjoying the food. Light and shadows emphasize beautifully each stage.The kitchen is placed at the end of the plan, partially visible as a glass box at the end of the vision trajectory. The whole interior manifests as a temple of the product served at the shop.

Ky interier i dedikohet dyqanit të dytë të Haburger, brand hamburgeri në Tiranë. Shtrirja e planit është e veçantë për shkak të formës së ngushtë dhe gjatësore. Kjo karakteristikë shihet si një pikë e fortë kur kombinohet me gjeometrinë e harqeve. Përdorimi i drurit të lisit, i kombinuar me tavanin e kuq, tubat e dukshme të ventilimit dhe pajisjet e ndriçimit, i japin vendit një atmosferë retro. Çdo hark qëndron si një skenë, kushtuar uljes dhe shijimit të ushqimit. Drita dhe hijet theksojnë bukur secilin spot qëndrimi. Kuzhina është vendosur në fund të planit, pjesërisht e dukshme si kuti qelqi në fund të trajektores së shikimit. E gjithë brendësia manifestohet si tempull i produktit që shërbehet në dyqan.

The K Loft is a reconstruction and interior design project that harmoniously combines two existing apartments into one single accommodation. The interior of this loft has three bedrooms, a living room and a flowing kitchen space. The main space has a double height with the fireplace and the staircase standing out as the most peculiar elements. The staircase connects the lower level to the upper bedroom. Its central position becomes the core composing element of the kitchen space.

The upper floor bedroom has an open layout concept where you can look into the living room though the atrium. This room has natural light piercing through the ceiling skylights. The materials and textures used have been carefully selected to fit the urban identity of this loft.

Lofti K është një projekt rikonstruksioni dhe riorganizimin i dy apartamenteve ekzistuese në një. Lofti në brendësi të tij ka tre dhoma gjumi, një hapësirë ndenje dhe një hapësirë gatimi. Hapësira kryesore ka lartësinë të dyfishtë dhe elementet më të veçantë në të janë oxhaku dhe shkalla. Shkalla, që lidh një nga dhomat e gjumit, shndërrohet në qendrën kompozicionale të zonës së gatimit.

The XS apartment project consists of the transformation of a small single bedroom apartment into a larger 3 bedroom apartment with a terrace. The new and improved apartment has an entrance of 7.5 m2, a open concept cooking and resting space of 42 m2, 2 bedrooms of 13 m2, 1 master bedroom of 24 m2, a couple of toilets and a terrace of 73 m2. The total area of the apartment is 138.4 m2.
This apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building and makes use of the entire terrace because of its strategic positioning. The material used inside mostly consist of natural stone, marble, wood and exposed concrete. An interesting feature of the apartment is the artificial lightning which remains suspended on metal rods.

Apartamenti XS konsiston ne nje transformim arkitektonik te nje apartamenti 1 dhome e kuzhine, ne nje me te madh me 3 dhoma gjumi dhe nje veranda. Ky apartament i ri ka nje hyrje prej 7.5 m2, nje kuzhine gatimi dhe ndenje prej 42 m2, 2 dhoma gjumi nga 13 m2 secila, 1 dhome matrimoniale 24 m2, dy tualete dhe nje verande prej 73 m2. Siperfaqja totale e apartamentit eshte 138.4 m2.

Harli Coffee is a soon to be brand in Albania. The allocated space is divided into an indoor and outdoor area.
Both areas fl ow into each other physically and visually while displaying the same material palette. The outdoor
space is physically separated from the sidewalk through glass panels that also serve as wind shields.
The indoor space is a coffee shop by day and a bar by night. The furnishing has been allocated in a way to
accommodate both functions. The fl oor plan layout creates an interesting route within the indoor space which
reveals private spots and social tables for all groups of clients.

zona, ajo e jashtme dhe e brendshme. Te dyja zonat lidhen me njera tjetren jo vetem fi zikisht me rruge kalimi
por edhe ne saje te materialeve te perdorura. Zona e jashtme eshte e ndare me nje barriere xhami nga trotuari
per ti dhene me shume privatesi klienteve te barit. Zona e brendshme merr funksionin e nje kafeneje gjate dites
dhe nje bari gjate pasdites. Per kete arsye mobiljet jane konceptuar ne menyre te tille qe te krijojne nje ambient
relaksi per pjesen e sherbimit te kafes dhe te ekspozojne gjithashtu produktet baze te barit.
Brendesia e hapesires ofron xhepa intime dhe tavolina sociale per te gjitha grupet shoqerore.

This project consists of the transformation of an old villa into a restaurant located in the New Bazaar. The design approach is to preserve the feeling of “home”, emphasizing it with natural materials such as terracotta, marble, stone, and wood. The interweaving of materials restores the intimacy of the villa and the history that they convey through the walls, floors, and ceilings with different colors and materials. The structural limitations of the existing building create the need for a new building to achieve the desired capacity. An inner courtyard is created between the buildings, recalling the “backyard”. The functions are a restaurant, bar, kitchen, and service facilities. The existing basement is expanded and used as technical space for the kitchen. Taking advantage of the connection with the road, the bar is on the ground floor of the new building and the inner courtyard. The ground floor of the villa contains the kitchen and a dining room. The first floor of the villa has two dining rooms. One offers a more intimate space for large groups, while the other has more tables. In the latter, the existing chimney is restored to function. From this room, you can access the terrace of the new building, which is covered with a shading system. This system stays open on sunny days for shade and closes on rainy days. The view from the terrace of the New Bazaar, the villa, and the inner courtyard adds value and engages the clients.

Ky projekt konsiston në transformimin e një vile të vjetër në një restorant tek Pazari i Ri. Qasja e dizajnit është të ruhet ndjenja e “shtëpisë”, duke e theksuar atë me materiale natyrore të tilla si terrakota, mermeri, guri dhe druri. Gërshetimi i materialeve rikthen intimitetin e vilës dhe historinë përmes mureve, dyshemeve dhe tavaneve me ngjyra dhe materiale të ndryshme. Kufizimet strukturore të ndërtesës ekzistuese krijojnë nevojën për një ndërtesë të re për të arritur kapacitetin e dëshiruar. Një oborr i brendshëm krijohet midis ndërtesave, duke kujtuar “oborrin e shtëpisë”. Funksionet janë restoranti, bar, kuzhinë dhe shërbime. The indoor area has a more limited number of tables, as a result of the small space and the provision of access for fast service from the outside. The furniture is conceived in such a way as to create a relaxation environment for the coffee service part and also to display the basic products of the bar.

Harli Kafe është interier i cili është ideuar dhe përshtatur për t’u bërë një brand. Ambienti është i ndarë në dy zona, ajo e jashtme dhe e brendshme. Të dyja zonat lidhen me njëra tjetren jo vetëm fizikisht me rrugë kalimi por edhe në sajë të materialeve të përdorura. Zona e jashtme është e ndarë me një barrierë xhami nga trotuari, për t’i dhënë më shumë privatësi klientëve të barit.
Zona e brendshme ka një numër më të kufizuar tavolinash, si rezultat i hapësirës së vogël dhe sigurimit të rrugëve të kalimit për shërbimin e shpejtë nga jashtë. Mobiljet janë konceptuar në mënyrë të tillë që të krijojnë një ambient relaksi për pjesën e shërbimit të kafes dhe të ekspozojnë gjithashtu produktet bazë të barit.

The clinic has an area of about 52 m². In this space are organized 2 rooms each with a work station, a sterilization
room, which is accessible from each of the working spaces, a service room, a toilet, and a reception with the waiting
area.
The work rooms are positioned in the brightest parts of the space, near the large windows, while the other rooms are
organized in the other parts of the space. The lighting is abundant in all the rooms, thanks to the large windows on
the facade and due to the use of barrisol lighting on the entire surface of the ceiling, as a form of artificial lighting.
The spaces are separated from each other by frosted glass, which allows light to enter, but in the meantime prevents
full visual contact.
The dominant color in the interior is white, in accordance with the typology. The wood texture is used to create contrast with the white background, giving character to the space

Klinika ka një sipërfaqe rreth 52 m². Në këtë hapësirë janë organizuar 2 ambjente me nga një post pune, një dhomë sterilizimi që aksesohet nga secila prej hapësirave të punës, një hapësirë ndihmëse, tualeti si dhe recepsioni me zonën e pritjes.
Dhomat e punës janë pozicionuar në pjesët më të ndriçuara të hapësirës, pranë dritareve të mëdha, ndërkohë që ambjentet e tjera janë organizuar më në thellësi të planimetrisë. Ndriçimi është i bollshëm në të gjitha ambjentet, falë dritareve të mëdha në fasadë si dhe për shkak të përdorimit të barisolit në gjithë sipërfaqen e tavanit, si formë e ndriçimit artificial. Ambjentet ndahen nga njëri tjetri nëpërmjet xhamit të bombarduar, që lejon futjen e dritës, por ndërkohë pengon një kontakt të plotë vizual.
Ngjyra dominuese në interier është e bardha, në përshtatje dhe me tipologjinë e hapësirës.  Tekstura e drurit, është përdorur për të krijuar kontrast me sfondin e bardhë, duke i dhënë karakter hapësirës.

H.V Apartment

The apartment is part of a villa type building and is positioned on the last two floors. To suit the needs of the client this apartment is organized as a 3 + 1 loft where :on the first floor in the living area is positioned the living room, cooking space and a ceremonial dining space. In the night area are located two bedrooms. One of them has a toilet and wardrobe. On the terrace of the building is positioned a nucleus that contains the bedroom with toilet and a veranda type living room. Both floors are connected by a staircase, which serves as the compositional center of the interior of the apartment. It is also a source of natural light coming from the open ceiling covered with glass windows.
The materialization of the interior is a harmonious combination of wood (which is used in the furniture and flooring) as well as black marble mainly in the living and cooking area. The bedrooms are also treated with wooden furniture but with more neutral and calm colors.

Apartamenti është pjesë e një objekti tip vile dhe është i pozicionuar në dy katet e fundit të saj. Për t’ju përshtatur nevojave të klientit, ky apartament është organizuar si një loft 3+1 ku në katin e parë në zonën e ditës pozicionohet ndejtja, dhoma e gatimit dhe një ngrënie ceremoniale. Në zonën e natës, janë pozicionuar dy dhomat e gjumit ku njëra prej tyre ka tualet dhe garderobë. Në taracën e objektit është pozicionuar dhe një nukël që përmban dhomën e gjumit me tualet dhe një ndejtje tip verandë. Të dy katet lidhen me një shkallë, e cila është trajtuar si qendra kompozicianale e brendisë së apratamentit. Ajo është trajtuar dhe si një burim i dritës natyrale që vjen nga tavani i hapur i mbuluar me vetratë xhami.
Materializimi i brendisë është një kombinim i harmonizuar i drurit në dukje i cili është përdorur në mobilim dhe shtrim me parket si dhe mermeri i zi kryesisht në zonën e ndejtjes dhe gatimit . Dhomat e gjumit janë trajtuar gjithashtu me mobiljet e drurit, por me ngjyra më neutrale dhe të qeta.

Apartment H is a comfortable and spacious living space for two people in the capital of Albania, Tirana. The apartment is conceived as an open space, with living, cooking, wardrobe and sleeping spaces half-open to each other, with the possibility of closure thanks to the movable panels.
Only the perimeter of the apartment stays fixed, while its interior is built as furniture with openings and closings, allowing clean, uniform and minimal wall pages. Almost all surfaces have light and calm colors, while the black ceiling contrasts the rest of the interior, increasing the framing of spacious spaces and making them warmer and more intimate.
The itineraries of movement inside the apartment are numerous. Viewing angles are rich. The presence of quality and time-resistant materials, together with the light aesthetics and the organized emptiness, make the environment not only cozy, but also luxurious in the sense of the enjoyment of the space.

Apartamenti H është një hapësire komode dhe e bollshme për jetesën e dy personave në kryeqytet. Apartamenti është konceptuar si open space, me hapësirat e qëndrimit, gatimit, garderobës dhe gjumit gjysmë të hapura me njëra-tjetren, me mundësine e mbylljes falë paneleve të levizshme.
Vetëm perimetri i apartamentit qëndron fiks, ndërsa brendesia e tij është konceptuar dhe realizuar si mobilje me hapje dhe mbyllje, duke lejuar faqe muri të pastra, uniforme dhe minimale. Nëse thuajse të gjitha sipërfaqet janë me ngjyra të hapura dhe të qeta, tavani kontraston pjesën tjetër të interierit, duke kornizuar hapësirat e bollshme dhe duke i berë më të ngrohta dhe intime.
