The proposed object creates such a relationship with the urban situation, which creates the possibility of a partial
or complete privacy, due to the openings proposed only on one facade of the object oriented towards the street,
completing the urban conditions. The building is completely closed from the north and the facades in which there
is communication with the surrounding buildings. The trees proposed in the space in front of the building also
play an important role in creating privacy. The main facade of the volume is oriented towards the south to benefit
from maximum solarization. The volume of this object is regular and the glass surfaces on the main facade create a
very interesting relationship between the opaque and transparent space, as well as a special visual communication
inside-outside. The object has a roof, which makes it integrate with the objects of the area in which it is located. The
building has a clean minimalist facade, which is made with thermal insulation and green plaster. Also, the windows
are framed with metal profiles, which emphasize the verticality of the object. The presence of windows is very
important. They are present on the southern face of the building, enabling the maximum benefit of lighting.

Objekti i propozuar krijon një raport të tillë me situatën urbane, i cili i krijon mundësinë e një privatësie të pjesshme
apo të plotë, për shkak të carjeve të propozuara vetëm në një fasadë të objektit të orientuar nga rruga, duke plotësuar
kondicionet urbane. Objekti është i mbyllur tërësisht nga veriu dhe fasadat në të cilat ka komunikim me godinat
përreth. Gjithashtu një rol të rëndësishëm në krijimin e privatësisë luan dhe gjelbërimi i propozuar në hapësirën
përpara godinës. Fasada kryesore e volumit është e orientuar drejt jugut për të përfituar diellëzim maksimal.
Volumi i këtij objekti është i rregullt dhe sipërfaqet e xhamit në fasadën kryesore krijojnë një raport mjaft interesant
mes hapësirës opake dhe transparente, si dhe një marrëdhënie të vecantë vizive brenda-jashtë. Objekti ka çati, e cila
e bën të integrohet me objektet e zonës në të cilën ndodhet.
Objekti ka një fasadë të pastër minimaliste, e cila është realizuar me termoizolim dhe grafiato jeshile. Gjithashtu
vetratat janë kornizuar me profile metalike, të cilat theksojnë vertikalitetin e objektit. Prania e vetratave është shumë
e rëndësishme. Ato janë të pranishme në faqen jugore të objektit, duke mundësuar përfitimin maksimal të ndricimit
e diellëzimit.
