This building has a mixed service and residential function along its 10 floors. This facility is located on “Kolë
Popa” street, near the “Ali Demi” sports fields.
The ground floor accommodates the service spaces, while the residential units start from the first floor to the
tenth floor. On the ninth and last floor, the building has successive gradations in the southern facade, which
are the result of urban conditions. These steps coincide with the verandas of the apartments. Floor spots are
regular and mostly with right angles. The residential units are adapted to the volume of the object and are of
different typologies. The facade is planned to be ventilated with ceramic tiles in gray color, which undergoes
a break at the windows, creating a play of light and shadow. A horizontal metal element creates a separation
between the floors, stylizing the facade.
