The bulding has a mixed service and residential function along its 12 floors. Housing starts on the 2nd floor and continues up to the 11th floor, while the service is located on the ground floor and the first floor. The proposed facility is located on “Besim Imami” street. The volume of the building is seen as a clean compact volume with some fragmentation on the top floors. The fragmentation creates several terraces that break up the volume and give it a volumetric movement from the eighth floor to the top floor. This movement is done on the northern facade of the building, which is located on the back side of the street. The building on the ground floor is characterized by a passage and a colonnade from the pedestrian street side. The section of the object is 12.4 m wide and 33.4 m long. The facades have the possibility of maximum opening for lighting and ventilation with window modules varying from 1m to 3.2m. The residential floors are positioned from the second floor to the 12th floor. They accommodate a total of 37 apartments of 3+1, 2+1 and 1+1 typologies.
