Our initial focus on this competition is environmental sustainability, beginning with addressing the ruins left by war. Our
proposal involves a comprehensive recycling strategy for the existing debris using them to built the new modules that will
replace those damaged by the war . The proposed modular system is designed to align with the dimensions of existing
building units. This design approach facilitates easier integration and incorporation between the new and existing units. In
addition to the modular system, we recommend incorporating a structural grid starting from the first floor of the existing
building. This grid will be attached to the current structure reinforcing it and will support the addition of wider balconies and
fixed planters with greenery.
In addition to the buildings, the intervention also consists of revitalizing public space by focusing on two different areas: parks
between the buildings where a series of smaller spaces will be created, designed organically within this park, and the new
market will be added. We also plan to develop a new marketplace that will include a variety of spaces . These diverse spaces
will be integrated through a unified modular grid, which will also design pedestrian pathways and green areas, enhancing
connectivity and creating a vibrant and accessible environment for the community.

Fokusi ynë fillestar ne kete konkurs është qëndrueshmëria mjedisore, duke filluar me trajtimin e rrënojave të lëna nga lufta. Propozimi ynë përfshin një strategji gjithëpërfshirëse riciklimi për rrënojat ekzistuese duke i përdorur ato për modulet e reja qe do te zevendesojne ato te demtuarat nga lufta. Sistemi modular i propozuar është projektuar për të përafruar me dimensionet e njësive ekzistuese të ndërtesave.
Kjo qasje e projektimit lehtëson integrimin dhe përfshirjen më të lehtë midis njësive të reja dhe ekzistuese. Përveç sistemit modular, ne
propozojme përfshirjen e një gridi strukturor duke filluar nga kati i parë i ndërtesës ekzistuese, i cili do të mbivendoset me strukturën
aktuale duke e perforcuar si dhe do të sjellë zgjerimin e ballkoneve dhe shtimin e vazove me gjelbërim.
Përvec objekteve, ndërhyrja konsiston edhe në rivitalizimi e hapësirës publike duke e fokusuar në parqet midis objekteve ku do te
krijohen një sërë hapësira më të vogla, të dizajnuara në mënyrë organike brenda këtij parku .Ne gjithashtu planifikojmë të zhvillojmë një
treg të ri që do të përfshijë një sërë hapësirash të larmishme te cilat do të integrohen përmes një rrjeti të unifikuar modular, i cili gjithashtu do të projektojë shtigjet e këmbësorëve dhe zonat të gjelbra, duke krijuar një mjedis të gjallë dhe të aksesueshëm për komunitetin.
